We have developed our appointment system in lines with patient demand and also in accordance with NHS guidelines.
SAME DAY APPOINTMENT
Same day appointment is only for an urgent medical reason that needs doctors attention. Please do not use same day appointment for routine checks, to obtain sick notes or repeat prescriptions. The doctor would refuse to continue with the consultation in case same day appointment is obtained by false representation/ misrepresentation of medical condition.
- Same day appointments are available to request from 08:00 am onward by attending reception or by phoning the surgery. The actual clinic appointments start from 9:00 am onward.
- The appointment are given on a first come first serve basis, once all appointments are exhausted for the day we are unable to offer you a same day appointment.
- Patients may be asked if your problem is urgent and the reason for your appointment, to ensure that:
- We priorities the patients who are most unwell
- We deal with your problem in the most appropriate way
Patient can book an appointment up to 2-8 weeks in advance. There will always be an pre-bookable appointment available. Please ask the receptionist or book it online.
We offer telephone consultations for issues which do not require a physical examination from the GP. Telephone consultation is ideal in case you require to speak to your GP regarding any medical problem or needs advise.
