If you have any cause to complain please fill in a complaints form from reception and the Practice Manager will be in touch with you.
CCG Experience Service
If you are still not satisfied you could contact the CCG Experience Service. All Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) have a patient experience team and a complaints co-ordinator. They offer confidential advice, support and information on health-related matters to patients, their families and their carers.
